Terms of Service

These terms set out the conditions, rights, and responsibilities between the operator and users of the Global Job Cosmos web service. Using the service or creating an account means these terms and the Privacy Policy apply.

The service collects and organizes public international-organization career information and provides search, comparison, summaries, application preparation, and organization reviews. It is not an official service of a government, the United Nations, or an individual international organization, and it is not a recruitment agency, employer, or visa agent.

The official organization posting and application system are the final source for vacancy content, deadline, eligibility, submission method, fees, and employment conditions. Users must verify official information directly before applying, traveling, entering a contract, or spending money.

• Account features are available only to users aged 14 or older.
• Users must use an email address they can access, provide accurate information, and protect their password.
• Report suspected unauthorized use of an account to the operator promptly.
• Using someone else's account, automated mass account creation, or bypassing service-security controls is not permitted.

Users must hold the necessary rights to reviews and inquiries they submit and must not include other people's personal or confidential information in public reviews. By submitting a review, a user grants the operator a non-exclusive right to display it in the service, adjust its format, make it searchable, and maintain operational backups. Copyright remains with the author.

An author may request correction or deletion of a review. If legal obligations, dispute preservation, or technical backups prevent immediate complete removal, the operator will explain the reason and extent.

• Illegal acts, fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware distribution, or payment demands made under the guise of recruitment
• Infringing another person's privacy, copyright, trademark, reputation, or other rights
• Excessive automated requests, bypassing access controls, or unauthorized database copying that harms service stability
• Review manipulation, advertising, spam, unsupported accusations of serious crime, hate, threats, or harassment

When a violation is confirmed, the operator may restrict content or suspend an account. Urgent security or legal matters can be addressed without prior notice.

Rights in original vacancy text, organization names, logos, and external materials belong to the relevant organization or rights holder. The portal's design, code, classification system, and explanatory content belong to the operator or applicable licensors. Public data is used under its applicable terms.

AI summaries assist information discovery and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. External sites and advertisements are operated by their respective providers; the operator does not control their content, security, or transactions. An advertisement does not mean the portal certifies or recommends an opportunity or organization.

Features and service scope can change or stop because of source changes, outages, security, law, or operational needs. We will give advance notice of foreseeable material changes where practical, but advance notice may not be possible for emergencies, security responses, or an external provider's interruption.

The operator works to improve accuracy and stability within a reasonable scope, but does not guarantee external-source accuracy or timing, application outcomes, organization decisions, or transactions between users and third parties. This limitation does not exclude liability where applicable law does not permit exclusion, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the operator.

Changes will be posted with their effective date and summary. Material changes that are unfavorable to users will receive reasonable advance notice. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are first addressed through consultation and then the court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
