1. Who operates the service?
Global Job Cosmos is operated by Jung Jubin. It is not operated, endorsed, or guaranteed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the United Nations, or any individual international organization. The operator is responsible for service operation, content organization, and requests for correction.

2. What the service helps with
International organizations use different terminology, formats, deadline conventions, and application systems. This service organizes vacancies published on official organization career pages into searchable fields and helps users compare opportunities, verify the original posting, and prepare an application.

3. Where information comes from
The English experience uses opportunities published by international organizations on their official career pages. The portal normalizes those records into a common format and, where available, shows the original link and preserved posting text on the opportunity detail page.

4. How often information changes
Official career sources are checked on a rotating schedule to limit unnecessary load, and the actual refresh cycle varies by the number of connected sources and any source outage. A posting can change or close before the portal refreshes.
When a source is temporarily unavailable, the portal may show the most recently collected record. Review the posting date, deadline, and original source before relying on it.
5. How AI is used
AI is an assistive tool for summarizing long source text and organizing stated requirements. It does not create new conditions or decide whether a person is eligible. Results can be incomplete, mistranslated, or incorrectly interpreted, and not every AI summary receives prior manual review.

6. What the service does not guarantee
- Complete or real-time coverage of every organization and opportunity
- That portal status or deadline labels always match an organization's final application availability
- That AI summaries, classifications, or translated labels replace the original posting or determine eligibility
- Recruitment, selection, visa services, employment, or an application outcome for any organization
7. Advertising and content stay separate
Google AdSense advertising may appear to support the service. Advertisers and advertising performance do not affect opportunity order, classification, summaries, organization descriptions, or correction decisions. An advertisement does not mean the service recommends or verifies an opportunity.
8. Report an error
If you find an incorrect deadline, source link, organization name, classification, or content that should be removed, use the Contact and corrections page. Including both the portal URL and the official source URL helps us verify the issue accurately.
