Our working principles are to prioritize the official source, disclose the limits of automated processing, and avoid presenting unverified information as certain. This page separates the live operating process from any manual review.

1. Source priority
- An individual international organization's official vacancy and application system — the final source for eligibility, status, and deadline
- The portal's normalization, classification, and summary — secondary information intended to make official opportunities easier to discover
When information conflicts, we prioritize the official posting and application system. A portal label alone never confirms whether someone can apply.
2. Collection and refresh
- Official sources are checked on a rotating schedule to reduce load on organization career systems.
- Refresh frequency varies by the number of connected sources and a source's availability.
- During a source outage, the last successfully collected record can remain visible while repeated failures and stale sources are separated for operational review.
We do not guarantee real-time application status
3. Normalization and classification
To make different sources comparable, the portal normalizes fields such as:
- Organization, title, posting date, deadline, country and city, field, grade, education, experience, and career path
- Professional roles, internships, appointment type, and other discovery-oriented categories
- A source-scoped identifier that distinguishes records and their refresh history
When a source lacks a value or a rule cannot establish it confidently, we show that it needs confirmation rather than filling it in. Classifications aid discovery and do not replace an organization's official grade system.
Our separate job-posting guide explains common grade and contract terms in plain language.
4. Duplicates, corrections, and closed opportunities
- Records with the same source identifier are updated from the newest collected version.
- When an opportunity disappears from an official source, it can move to a closed state after repeated checks rather than being immediately deleted.
- Past-deadline records are separated from active results, but a later source refresh can restore an extended opportunity.
- Similar opportunities from different sources can remain separate when the evidence does not establish that they are the same record.
5. AI summaries and automated structure
Generative AI helps turn long source text into a readable brief and structured fields. Inputs are the stored original posting and public vacancy metadata; account information, personal notes, and reviews are not used for an opportunity summary.
- The AI is instructed not to invent qualifications, benefits, schedules, or recruitment counts absent from the source.
- When a detail cannot be established, it should direct the user to check the original posting instead of guessing.
- The AI result and the original posting are kept visually distinct and the source text remains available.
- A changed original posting can make a previous summary stale, so the content fingerprint can trigger regeneration.
Automated content is not necessarily pre-reviewed by a person
6. Manual review and corrections
We prioritize source-collection failures, stale records, user reports, and obvious classification errors. A correction request is handled by checking the portal URL, source URL, field at issue, and supporting evidence; then comparing the official source with current stored data.
If a correction is needed, send its official-source evidence through Contact and corrections. Privacy exposure, impersonation, fraudulent links, and material misstatements are reviewed before ordinary copy improvements.
7. Organization reviews and user content
Organization reviews reflect the author's experience and are not the portal's official evaluation. Before publication they can be reviewed for personal-data exposure, abusive or hateful language, unsupported accusations of serious wrongdoing, advertising, spam, and off-topic content. Critical reviews are not removed merely for being critical, but concrete experience-based writing is encouraged.
Separate source-attributed experience materials summarize public interviews, applicant posts, and community discussions. They retain the original link and source type, are not presented as first-person user reviews, and use a 1–5 editorial reference score based on the source text rather than an organization-wide reputation or employee-satisfaction statistic.
8. Advertising and partnership independence
Advertising and any future partnerships are kept separate from collection, search order, organization descriptions, and correction decisions. Any paid placement will be clearly identified so it is not confused with ordinary search results.
