WFP has a Zero Tolerance Policy to sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) and recognizes that it is a gross violation of power and a form of gender-based violence that all humanitarian partners have to prevent and respond to. Sexual exploitation and sexual abuse (SEA) are extreme forms of abuse of power for sexual purpose where aid workers take advantage of the people they are meant to serve, in particular those in positions of greater vulnerability.
