• Establishes and maintains a set of sound policies, procedures, standards and tools which are consistent with UN policy and practice in order to ensure proper accounting, financial management and control. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION • Supervises a staff team and/or provides advice to others on human resource administration, financial administration and management information issues and practices to colleagues. • Produces major/complex reports for management.
Conducts research and in-depth analysis of key issues most relevant to the work of the Committee. • Provides expert guidance and leadership to more junior staff. • Collects and analyses data to identify trends or patterns and provide insights through graphs, charts, tables and reports using data visualization methods, including artificial intelligence to enable data-driven planning, decision-making, presentation and reporting. • Performs other related duties as required.
