Application Development Support - Identify and resolve minor bugs within internal applications and web forms. - Support developers during code deployments, configuration changes, and testing cycles. - Assist with data migrations and basic integration support between platforms and systems.
Data Management and Preparation - Collect, validate, and cleanse datasets from multiple sources to ensure consistency and usability for analysis. - Conduct quality checks and audits on data pipelines, ensuring integrity across data sources. - Configure and maintain automated data feeds and workflows supporting dashboards, BI tools, and analytics platforms .
Technical User Support - Respond to user requests and service tickets related to system workflows, data processing, or minor application issues. - Provide guidance to users on application features, workflows, and troubleshooting steps. - Escalate complex system or data integration issues to relevant developers or system administrators.
