The United Nations University Institute of Advanced Studies (UNU-IAS) invites internship applicants who can provide support in collecting and analysing data on international environmental agreements.
ㅁ Duration
- Three months (could be extended)
ㅁ Number of Positions
- 1 person ㅁ Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate student or graduate with passion and interest in the environment, sustainability, international agreements, or related areas. (Applications from mature undergraduate students or graduates are also welcome.)
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Skills in searching for information on the Internet.
- Knowledge in systems theory or network analysis is an advantage.
ㅁ Position Responsibilities
- Collect and analyse data on international environmental agreements.
- Assist UNU-IAS's Sustainable Development Governance Programme.
- Support other miscellaneous tasks that may arise.
ㅁ Starting Date
- October or November 2013 ㅁ Interns' Expenses
- Interns are not financially remunerated by UNU-IAS. The Institute also accepts no responsibility for costs arising from accidents and/or illness incurred during the internship. Interns must provide proof of enrolment in a health insurance plan.
