a. Organizational Setting
The post is located in the Central Services Division (CSD), Administration, Finance and Management Sector (AFMS).
The Central Services Division manages a number of services such as Travel, Procurement, Premises Management, Building Projects, Support and Carbon Neutrality.
b. Purpose Statement
The main role of the incumbent is to be responsible for leading CSD projects related to change management: workplace modernization, digitalization, IT systems implementation, and business process optimization.
Current projects include but are not limited to the migration of WIPO systems to AIMS 2.0 (WIPO’s new Administrative Integrated Management System), and the introduction of new IT solutions such as Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and Building Information Management system (BIM).
Additionally, the role involves leading non-architectural projects or sub-projects with an optimization and high change management content.
This includes major initiatives such as the modernization of the workplace design and lay-out towards more collaborative spaces, sustainability efforts, or other emerging priorities.
The incumbent will be tasked with defining strategies and roadmaps, conducting consultations, managing change, developing communications, and overseeing the complete rollout of these projects.
The incumbent will play a key role in change management, ensuring that transitions are seamless, stakeholders are engaged, and organizational adoption is maximized.
The incumbent will also ensure that CSD business processes are thoroughly reviewed and optimized to improve efficiency, agility, and that the quality of service provided to the organization’s internal clients is optimized.

The incumbent works under the supervision of the Director, Central Services Division.
